The conversations we have matter.

The ones we have with each other.
The ones we avoid.
And the ones that happen quietly in our own heads.

Sometimes the conversation is with yourself. Sometimes it’s with each other.

Individual Therapy
For when you’re trying to understand yourself, or a relationship, get through a difficult change, break an old pattern or work out what you actually want.

Couples Therapy
For when you’re feeling disconnected, stuck in the same arguments, rebuilding after something difficult or simply wanting more from your relationship.

Different relationships. Different conversations.

Sometimes the relationship you want to work on is with a parent, an adult child, a sibling, a friend or someone else who matters to you.

Relationship Therapy

Good conversations aren’t always comfortable.

Whether it’s a conversation with someone else or one you need to have with yourself, sometimes it means saying the thing you’ve been avoiding, listening when you’d rather defend, or sitting with something you’d rather push away.

A good conversation isn’t always a pleasant one. It can be uncomfortable, challenging or difficult - and still move us towards greater understanding.

I’m a psychologist with a particular interest in relationships, self-development and the ways we understand ourselves and others.

I work with individuals and couples across a range of concerns, providing a warm and welcoming space to explore what’s happening and what may be getting in the way. My approach is collaborative, using evidence-based strategies to build self-awareness, support positive change and help people move towards what matters to them.

You don’t need to be in crisis to want something to change.

You might know exactly what needs to change. Or you might just know something has to.
