The limits of confidentiality are explained in more detail as part of the informed consent process before psychological services commence.
How your information is stored
A Good Conversation takes reasonable steps to protect personal and health information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Clinical and practice information is primarily managed using Zanda, a secure practice management system. Zanda stores Australian practice data in Australian data centres and encrypts data both at rest and in transit.
Other service providers may also be used where necessary for functions such as website hosting, communications and payment processing. These providers may process limited personal information required to provide their services.
Clinical records are retained in accordance with applicable legal and professional requirements.
